I Fell In Love.... With A Hair Piece! (Pics)

Recommended Posts

I love it! And I think your hair will look awesome! Definitely think of getting a keratin treatment. Apparently it helps with the frizz :)

I plan to ask my hair dresser next week!!!  Not sure if the products my friend's hair dresser recommends is keratin treatments, but will figure it out asap.

This would be my second choice, but I think I should be safe to order the first one as she said 90 days....  https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/60412287/ivory-bridal-feather-crystal-flower?ref=sr_gallery_1&ga_search_query=flower+hair+clip+feathers+wedding&ga_order=most_relevant&ga_locationQuery=6251999&ga_page=2&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&sent=1

I love that!! It's so pretty!  This is what I wore for our AHR in November. In Jamaica I had my hair up (and secretly hated it) just because it was so hot I couldn't stand having any hair on the back of my neck Now I'm trying to grow it out..... We'll see how long that lasts!! lol

Also very cute!!!   You seem to have short hair, so I'd love to know how you wore it up!!

I was looking for cheaper alternatives, but what if I order one and hate it? Atleast this way I have seen this one in person and had it in my hair. I have decided to go this week and order it :)

Believe it or not I got mine at Davids so at least you can try them on right there and goof around with them and see what you like. Plus, if you find one you like, you can generally buy it right there.

Our David's Bridal has some stuff in stock, but more tiaras and such, nothing that remotely pleases my eye!   I had thought of one rhinestone flower and they didn't have it in stock so she told me to order it myself online!  Not for that huge shipping fee to Canada, thanks!      I agree, it's nice to have it on and tinker around with it and such!  Like everything, it's a gamble when you buy online and can't return it.

Welp! Brought out the BM tonight and we decided against it. Glad I tried it on again. It's super heavy and just can't see it staying in easy!

I went to another bridal store and found something a smidge smaller and I am considering it. It's more money though ahhhh lmao! So the hunt continues

On a positive note found a hairstyle to ask my hair dresser about. And didn't mind her hair piece either. I may ask about hair extensions lol anyone use? May be cheaper than the keratin :)

I think I'm turning my direction with hair! Thinking I want a bit more. When I see my hair with the flower pieces I think 'gosh my hair needs done up'. Eager to show my hair dresser and see if anything would work and stay in!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
