They are really good quality. I got mine months ago and have started putting them on our bubba's, they look really good :)

I can't wait to post my planning thread here in a month or so time when I have all my crafting and sh*t done!

I agree - no one wants a bunch of crap because it was a good deal. We are doing oot bags, but have what we think is all useful stuff. We are doing a hangover kit, most ppl will probably bring what they need, but whatever. We are also doing a first aid/toiletry kit with things that ppl forget like qtips, cotton balls, nail file, SPF lip balm etc. then we are doing destination info/maps, postcards, some local chocolates and treats. Then we have a few random items like a candle ( rooms always smell musty!) after sun (because I am obsessed) and a DVD with a few of our favourite movies. We will write welcome notes and supply an itinerary (for all two planned events!) and if we are really feeling crazy, maybe hot sauce or some other souvenir. I'm using gift bags, not beach bags. My budget it $600 including kids which totals 36 ppl so far. We are buying for 40 just incase, and will keep the extras for us.

I want to try and go minimal and just get things that will really be useful. Don't want to end up carrying a ton of stuff that wont be used in the end. I love when posters update what was used and what wasn't!

I am trying to stay on a budget, but I keep getting excited with ideas! We ordered bags from Oriental Trading Co. that people can use as beach bags if they want (they are reusable grocery bag material...so people will find a use for them at home if not on the trip). So far I have bought insulated tumblers from dollar tree, stretchy wrist band with the ID tag to hold room key or tip money, hand sanitizers from Bath and Body Works (they had a big sale), decks of cards from Dollarama, earplugs (that I got for free at work) I find the rooms can be noisy in the early morning/late night.  I am just looking to make a hang over kit now, and maybe do the waterproof stickers to slap on the cups to make them more personal for the week.  I will include a welcome letter and itinerary also that I am ordering from Vistaprint. I also bought the Asian paper fans, but we will be putting those on the chairs for the ceremony.  Now just trying to figure out how to get all this stuff down there without going way over our luggage capacity....

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
