I got the luggage tags from Amazon.com -- Advantus proximity badge holders and the loops I got from dollarama. You can also get loops online but couldn't find a good deal to Canada. At Dollarama they are in packs with laminating sleeves but I threw those out. It was $1 for 5.

Staples also had badge holders but a bit more expensive. I think 20-25 was around $20.

Thanks for the info. I bought the ones from Dollarama a while back when I seen them but I'm glad you tested them out :) I will toss them :)

I didn't test them out. But once you laminate them the person can't add their info -- unless you did it for them and I wanted to(possibly) have my guests use theirs again/be able to change the info, etc.

We sent info packages too at the beginning of September.  We wanted to say thank you for booking and also get people excited for the trip

We sent information passports about our events and the hotel, etc., a get pumped CD, and a luggage tag each.  I made everything using a lot of ideas from this forum

We got a really good response to the little packages and it seemed to get everyone really excited!  Not everyone also reads our website, so we wanted people to have the information in advance

I also bought a set of Dollarama self-laminating luggage tags just for the worm loops, but I found that they were about an inch shorter than the standard size (5 1/2 inches instead of 6 1/2 inches).  You'll probably want to test them out on a piece of luggage to make sure they suit your needs :)

I am planning to order mine from here:

Interesting and good to know. Mine seem quite big but I'll try them out.

@@Kayla88 I got mine from Walmart. They have really cute ones for $1 each. They have neon, polka dots, chevron, stripes you name it. At the Walmart by me they were in a weird bin by the shoes so not sure if it's like that everywhere.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
