@tygrrlily Latin Asia was a vendor my wedding coordinator gave me for flowers originally. When I reached out to them about flowers they also sent me their furniture rental brochure. I realized they were cheaper than zuniga and asked if I could use them for my furniture rentals. They said yes since they work with LeBlanc. I'm not sure if they work with all of palace resorts though, I would ask your wedding coordinator. I'm renting gold tiffany chairs for the reception, the chandelier for the sweetheart table and lounge furniture through them. Their flower prices wear crazy expensive that's why I went with Maya. Latin Asia has alot if the same furniture as Zuniga and cheaper their delivery fee is cheaper too.

Are you allowed to use your room credits?

So far 79 adult guests + bride and groom + 13 kids = 164 room nights. Focused on planning without stressing.

@TheBHolders - No, these are outside vendors.  You are only allowed to use your room credits on certain wedding packages through Palace (the Colin Cowie ones). You should google Palace $1500 room credit and you'll see a lot come up about how you can use the credits - you'll see the specific breakdown for weddings, tours, spa, etc.

I am really loving this chandelier.  I wonder if it's the same one they use for ceremonies, and if I can ask them to use it for the reception as well and just add the standing arch thing

Just in case other people are wondering - I asked Zuniga who I'm in contact with for my decoration and it'd be a $75 change fee to move it from the ceremony to the reception
