Picked up my Amols maracas from the states today! (Thought I was saving $40 in shipping them to the border but ended going to seattle which cost $500 doh - am I the only one who feels bad spending $$ now on things beside the wedding?)

They are cute and perfect for the cost but the lighter colored ones (ie yellow) need a second coat of paint and are blotchy looking. I will use those last and am glad I ordered extra. Otherwise look quite authentic.

Almost wonder if some of my OOT stuff I should have bought after Christmas, but I don't want to wait that long.

I am trying to space out my items so the hit doesn't seem so big as if I bought it all tomorrow -- but even this is killing me!

I purchased water bottles from the dollar store to use for our welcome bags and a design from etsy for a waterproof label.  However, here is my dilemma.  I got wate rbottles that are more of a sport top water bottle (24oz with handle).  The more I think about it I feel like i went with the wrong style.  Should I return these and get a regular acrylic tumbler?  I don't want our guests to not be able to use them because they can't get a drink inside them.  I still have receipts so exchanging shouldn't be a problem.  I originally picked these because I liked the handle and the size.

 

any help is appreciated

@@NickiLynn1116 I would return them..I am sure they are awesome, but for sipping drinks by the pool i think most people would want more of a tumbler with a straw....I think a sports bottle top would just be awkward and hard to get drinks in.

Agree 100%. The water bottles aren't really meant for drinks at the bar. If you can exchange I would.
