Help Me Picking My Gown- 2 Options-Vote Please

Recommended Posts

All,

I know this is very personal and what your heart feels. My mom has been my best companion to choose this dress, however we both are in love with these two. I never knew that choosing your gown would be such a complicated experience, I basically loved them all, but decided to choose the two finals and now I am in trouble because I just LOVED them both. My style is a very fitted mermaid/trumpet

One is from Venus size 10 that got clipped, smaller will fit better. no beads or major things with a shorter train, love the line on this one.

the second one is size 4 Maggie Sottero and it has a larger train and it is more glamorous, I love it and just dont know what to do, the line is pretty too and can be fitted better..

what do you recommend?? please choose :) (I might sound c-r-a-z-y)

You look fab in both dresses. I'm going to vote the second dress, its more figure hugging, and by the way you talked about it, it sounds like you prefer it! Follow your gut instinct here! Good luck

Like @@stefadile said you look great in both but I vote for the second dress.. it's gives you an awesome shape! I also like the way it falls better...  I think the way the flare comes out is prettier than the first.  Heck! it's your wedding day! you should feel glamorous!

In the end you should pick the one that makes you feel the most beautiful and comfortable...you have two great final dresses to pick from so no matter which one it is you'll look fantastic! Good luck!

Both are fabulous, but I think I like the second one better. I'm more partial to sparkle and I agree the second one is a bit more glamourous.

I vote for the second one. You made 2 good picks here but the second one I think looks more fitting to your body. Second one fits like a glove. It's gorgeous

I like #2. I'm not a big fan of how pronounced the mermaid is on the first one and I think the second one looks really flattering on you :)

#2 - I'm a maggie sottero bride so I may be a bit biased here, but I like how the MS hugs your body and how the train just falls softly.

Is pricing of a concern?

@stefadile@Meandhim@acw271011@acw271011@kcole123@kmk2016@TinkerSofi@Vika@@Icis

Thank you so much girls, I cannot stop thinking about these two gowns. I love them both..I love #1  A LOT because of the nice line, the ruche top, bottom lace and how simple it is for a beach destination (a bit less heavy too), that dress was size 10 or 12 and they clipped me on the back, the girl at the store says #4 (my size) will just fit me better, BUT honestly my heart calls for #2 and I just did't want to rush the order because it wont be good if I look back and regret .

@@Icis Thank God the price is not a concern :). #1 is more expensive than #2 (I could not believe it) I honestly did not want to spend much on the dress , but at this point I am okay with choosing a nice gown and spending what the day deserves, however I have to say that I kept myself away from places that sells gowns that I cannot afford. I also read about ordering the dress from China BUT I would not risk that either.

Thanks again girls...:):)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
