I have just been informed that Matey no longer works at the Jellyfish restaurant.

 

Ive already booked, planned, arranged and paid my deposit for the Jellyfish, but now Matey tells me she is now working at the Huracan cafe instead.

 

Im a bit worried at what this means for my wedding, especially with regards to date, time, deposit paid already, Huracan prices and if we can still have all the same things as we had planned at the Jellyfish.

 

Our wedding is/was booked at the Jellyfish for the 25th September, so not too much longer to go now.

 

Has anyone else had this change of venue situation?

Did you have your wedding? How was it?? Did everything go as planned? I was thinking of booking for next July at Jellyfish and was hoping for some recent input/reviews.

Hope it was a magical day!!

Have you heard back from anyone regarding the Jellyfish?   I am also wondering what management is like there now that Matye is gone.  Who is the planner and who is your point of contact?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
