Yay!  I followed back - I love your bright colors!  My FI said heck no to pink or orange, haha.  Blues and purples it is! :)

Alright ladies, I'm finally getting onto Pinterest because I can't organize all of my pics anymore! I thought I wanted bright tropical pinks and oranges, but now I'm falling in love with black and white stripes with shades of pink and gold. Found some beautiful pics on Pinterest, and I think it'd look nice with our reception venue. The theme would be a lot more glam/elegant than what I originally intended, but I do love it. Do you think this would work in an outdoor setting?

I'm thinking rectangular tables, white table cloths with black and white striped runners, then still having the really bright pink/coral/orange flowers and centerpieces. Gold accents with candles, chargers and Chiavari chairs if my FI will spring for them haha. And head or cake table will have a sequin gold table cloth

Now I'm dying to see what you guys have! I can't here at work - all those sites are blocked for us, but tonight....... if someone can tell me how! lol

You start up an account, and you get boards you can name into whatever you want.  Mine is kinda separated but love how @@tygrrlily has hers organized!

You make a board (say, Centerpieces) and then when you see a pin you like/want to look more at later, you can click "Pin".  IT'll ask you which board you want to save it to, or if you want to create a new board.  You can also get an add-on for your browser that allows you to pin things you see on the web, versus just what other people have pinned on Pinterest itself.

It's very fun/addicting.  Lots of good ideas everywhere!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
