Hey all!

 

I'm new on this site! I am planning a wedding at the majestic colonial in Punta Cana in August 2014. I'm trying to DIY lots and keep my costs down! Any suggestions would be SO appreciated! 

 

Thanks for all the tips ive gotten so far!!

I agree with everyone else... the DIY section of the forums is awesome.  IT IS SO WORTH getting to 150 posts to open up the templates.  My life changed after I could finally, finally open up people's templates!  hehe.

Hi all !  

Just got engaged march 31st in punta cana majestic elegance total surprise!! And ..were already talking about returning for a wedding there!!

Were tossing the idea of Nov weekend following thanksgiving 2015 ..any thoughts on weather travel etc??

Also best ceremony times?

Best flow of reception using the different locations??, theyre all so nice!

Any advice is appreciated!!

Just wanting to "stop in" and say congratulations and welcome to the community. You can spend hours researching and learning from the brides (and soon to be brides) here... they are all so amazing!!! Have fun planning!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
