@@MrandMrsBonitto2016 Im still figureing out where to actually have the wedding and was referred to KuKua by my TA. I was looking intojellyfish but it was super pricey.. Im also going to be a 2016 Bride hopefully for Aug. if we can get the date. What other outside locations have you looked at to compare to Kukua?

@@racht33 I didn't look at the others. Only because I don't personally like the ship docked at Huracan and Jellyfish had too many bystanders in peoples photos. And I love how fast Bego is with emails. However, people rave about Mayte's work and she does do a wonderful job for the brides she serve. This forum is a huge help:)

Hi all, congrats on your nuptials.  Planning on getting married at Kukua in 2016 and have reached out to Bego via the website and direct message via FB a few days ago and haven't heard back.  Normally this would be expected but based on this thread I expected a same or next day response.  Any thoughts?  Also would anyone mind sending me pricing details on Kukua @ lorenza.hill@@gmail.com ? Definitely set on booking here for next year.

Thanks...

Hello ladies! My fiancé and I are also thinking of having our wedding at Kukua and we are looking at April 2017. I like the intimacy that Kukua offers, I was so happy when I stumbled across this venue. I have read many great things about Bego and have reached out to her 4 times and she has been great in getting back to me very promptly. I am in the very beginnings of planning so I am trying to plan a budget before I make any decisions.

@@MrandMrsBonitto2016    Hello! As I've stated above, I am in the early planning but hotel wise, I am thinking of Dreams Palm Beach and/or Majestic Colonial. I've been to Majestic Elegance twice and had a great time. I am thinking more of Dreams Palm Beach and Majestic Colonial because they are not adults only resorts (I have family that will be coming with children). Dreams Palm Beach has great reviews on tripadvisor.com which is why it is top on my list, check it out!

@@MrandMrsHill Hi! Do you still need pricing details? If so, let me know and I'll send you what I have received from Bego.

I choose Dreams Palm Beach as well. It was a struggle for me. But, I'm very happy with my choice. So are you a Kukua Bride yet?

No, I'm not an official Kukua Bride yet, but hopefully I can finalize the planning soon. Kukua is my first choice.

Bego is amazing!!!!! You truly can't go wrong with any of the venues in Punta Cana.

Hi there,

It's my first post here, and although I've reserved a date for May 27, 2016 with Paradisus Punta Cana I'm not sold on this being the best place for my wedding. I've done a lot of research and I'm seeing that PPC is very overpriced for what we will be getting. Would someone mind sending me a price list of Kukua to elishahurbaesz@@gmail.com :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
