Haha I have those worries too. You guys are in 2016 though which is a lot of time for your guests to plan and save :). And I think it's true that the people that will come will come regardless. Sensatori is amazing - my top choice for that area for sure!

 

I'm actually looking at the Paradisus hotels now... and even considering Dominican! I think the more I research, the more I second guess myself

 

I hear you! There are so many beautiful places, it's hard to choose.

Hi ladies! This is my very first post. I'm seriously considering Azul Sensatori for our destination wedding. I have not been to the resort yet, but my gut it telling me this is where I want to get married. My fiance is pretty excited about it too...we were thinking of going to the Brides Dress Rehearsal this coming Oct 2014 to confirm this is this what we want. We are looking to have our wedding in April/May of 2016...As much as I would like to do it sooner, I wanted to give my guests enough time to save and book their trip..and enough time so I don't lose my sanity!

 

I would love to stay connected while we are in the wedding planning process =)

WELCOME! The dress rehearsal is a great idea... I did it earlier this month in preparation of our wedding in February 2016 at Sensatori and it was a perfect way for me to see everything they offered and feel confident it was the right place for ourselves, our friends and our families.

 

We have locked in our date and ceremony/reception locations with the wedding coordinators in Miami and are now slowly planning for our perfect day. We gave our guests lots of notice, with out booking window opening just this past Monday! Looking forward to planning alongside you!

I am an October 2015 bride and I started planning back in Jan of this year. We still haven't pinned down our hotel because we want a specific one that isn't opening till November of this year. Fingers crossed this all goes well.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
