Finally! I heard back from the coordinator today and we're confirmed for our little vow renewal at Azul Fives on the Zky Terrace on our wedding anniversary, October 20, 2015 at 5pm! yay!!

 

I've also confirmed Styling Trio and Samuel Luna. It's only my daughter in law and myself so we're going into PDC to ST's studio to have hair and makeup done.

 

Let's hope the rest of what we're planning now falls into place. We're nowhere near the scale of most of you ladies. We'll be a group of max 8 I think, including hubby and I.

 

I'm so ready for some sun and sand! I agree - the winter totally sucks this year!!

im not sure they have a chapel !

Hey vivi!! no, they don't have a chapel, for this you may have to look for the nearest one in Playa del Carmen, it's only 10 minutes away!

i'm glad it all worked out and fell into place in the end :). Let's hope it continues like that.

Our winter hasn't sucked as much here in Calgary as in Toronto (that was last winter for us) but it's still boring compared to the sun and beaches!

I just got confirmation from my WC today that they WILL be adding a second beach location for weddings. They just don't have any updates on when it will be available but it is on the way. I'm hoping that it might be ready for my wedding next Jan. Fingers crossed!!

I am having a hard time deciding on a resort!  I was wondering if anyone would mind sharing how much their guest stayed and how many nights they stayed?

 

We won't have more than 20 people, but I would like to make it as affordable as possible for guests without sacrificing on quality of the resort too much.

hi everyone, ok so were probably back here for our 2016 march wedding, but hubby needs a catholic ceremony and therefor a church ! 

there are no churches on site, but as i have hear there are options ! 

i wanted to know if anyone else was doing a church ceremony and how they are going on about it?

I just want to say enjoy your wedding planning! I miss it so much. Our wedding at Azul Fives was PERFECT! You all will love it. I posted a link to the pics in case anyone is new and wants to see pictures from a wedding there. Have fun! And if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask. I'm happy to answer them!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
