great! I guess that would make sense since I got the info before they opened up the new section :)

Spoke to my TA about this - although they are deluxe rooms they are more expensive. How much more expensive? Not sure yet but I've requested a quote. Essence is also the farthest away but my TA said she didn't mind that at all.

@TinkerSofi I think I saw someone post that the new section (Essence) has 10 deluxe rooms with king size beds

thanks for the information! I think we're going to stay as we are in the hopes that they'll put us all in the same villa or maybe neighbouring ones at least haha. Instead of having everyone scattered around the resort.

@kellymenning how many lights and sheets did you use for your wall of lights? I Loveeee the look of it and its a great back drop. I want to have a photo booth area and this could be used as a backdrop!

Gosh I don't know...Katy from Love and Lace just took care of it for me so I don't know how many. It was great though!!

Ladies!! I was going through tripadvisor looking at bedroom photos and i actually came across a photo someone took of the deluxe room with pushed together beds!! I needed to share this with you all since we have been back and forth speaking about if it was possible or not! Well it is!! So this is a great info to have for our guest!! The photo is from Jan. 2015 . So its very recent! I hope this helps you!@acw271011

That's great! It totally solves the problem :). I don't know why they didn't put two queen beds in the first place or one king since they seem to have enough room

yes it does!! My next question to this now.. that i will have to ask my TA on .. is will they dare charge more because its a "super king" bed. Since they have the king bed suites to offer. If not this is a better option for those who want king beds but want to spend less money.

@racht33 I would say don't even tell AF that you're doing it and push the beds together yourself. I don't think they can bill you if you do the work. lol! My fiance is a total macgyver - he moves furniture around in every hotel room we stay in to make the most out of the space. haha

So true!!!!! @snswedding2016. My own concern about that is some of the photos ive seen have a night stand in the middle. I would hate for guest to either get hurt or break something (haha) and come out having  to pay as much as if they would of just gotten the king suite LOL!! But yeah i dont see why not just pushing them together!!

@racht33 ohh that's a good point - I haven't see the photos of rooms with the nightstand in the middle. I think it is probably better to ask the staff on site to help you do it, they seem to be a lot more accommodating than when you request things ahead of time...based on reading past brides experiences.
