When To Book All Inclusive Group Travel Packages From Canada

Recommended Posts

Mine was able to start getting my great quotes and deals 2 years out!!! Even before many tour operators have posted their pricing! I think depending on your TA's relationship with the operators and hotels, they can do a lot more than the average person checking pricing on line! I thought I would have to wait for months! This way, my guests get to put deposits down early and save for a while!

You are one of the few that were able to do that I am sure. I don't think I am getting any lower than $1690 with my pricing and that's with Air Transat. I might be able to get lower with Air Canada but do I want to wait another couple of months? what do you girls think of this pricing. This is leaving from St. John's and taxes included. And it's for the Melia Caribe in Punta Cana.

@@csho your time is getting closer. You must be getting really excited now. I ended up booking with the Air Transat quote after. the $1690 leaving St. John's. Air Canada quoted like $400 more and my travel agent said that's the best price she has seen since 2010.i also have the wedding date booked for April 17, 2015 with the resort. I sent my contract and wired them the money. I also have the La Barcaza boat booked for my reception. I sent them the deposit as well. I hope they get their money and it went through ok. Hopefully they won't book that date with someone else....eeeeek everything is so nerve wrecking. I am very excited though that much is done.

That seams like a good price seeing as March is listed at $2000+ for next year for that resort!

Yeah the travel agent said it's a really good rate. I have quoted that same resort with a couple of previous travel agents and they quoted me at $2000.

Also the price from Toronto I have for that resort is $1450 which is awesome. I told her go ahead and take my deposit before they change their minds...haha

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
