Bridesmaids Gifts

Recommended Posts

I would go for something other than Tiffany's. It's such a huge mark up for something silver. You can get a great piece of jewelry for the fraction of the cost.

My fiancés aunt works for Tiffany corporate and she can get me necklaces from the company store for about $40 or $50 bucks so it's actually a pretty good deal. That's the only way I would buy each of them one I wouldn't pay full price for 5 that would be too much. Lol

I got my bridesmaid passport covers and personalized tote bag from Etsy. I also bought them the shoes they will wear the day of the wedding. Don't know if I will get them anything else.

I am officially done shopping for my bridesmaids gifts! Our wedding is in July. Glad to be done early.

I put a specified amount of money toward each girls dresses as part of their gift. I got hand engraved wooden hangers for each with their name and the wedding date and then I bought monogrammed beach bags with their initials on them. I could easily keep going and trying to find more things to get because I love shopping, but I have 6 girls and I can't keep spending more money.

I know some brides pay for their bridesmaids hair to be done or jewelry that can be worn at the wedding so those are options too.

I really liked the beach towel idea, but my TA talked me out of it because they are so heavy to travel with, plus the resort supplies towels. I do really like the wet bikini bags, among a few other ideas

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
