Hard Rock Hotel Cancun!

Recommended Posts

I am looking to get married at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun in May 2015! I have looked everywhere and its so hard to find any information on brides who have had their weddings here! Does anyone have any advice on the Hard Rock or Cancun in general? Or is anyone getting married there soon? I would love any type of help or reviews! Especially Pictures! Thank you!

Cancun is nice, beautiful, like Playa Del Carmen, but the resorts are more squished together, so more populated beaches.

Playa Del Carmen, Maroma, Tulum, are a bit more spaced out, and there are clubs that you can have wedding at, that are much more private.

I also haven't seen anything about wedding at Hard Rock Cancun.

Thank You! I don't mind the cluster of hotels. My fiance really wants to be in the hustle and bustle. He loves to be on the go and around a live crowd so we don't mind the people. I just want it to be beautiful and for us to have a place to relax as well as be able to party with our friends and family.

We booked our wedding for 06/06/15 and have started some planning. My parents stayed there about a year ago and loved it. We are getting married on the beach and reception on the roof top terrace. Have you booked yet?

@@tmac06 Not yet. I just got the form to send in to reserve my day. I couldn't make up my mind for a while but I finally settled on Hard Rock. There isn't alot of information on here about Hard Rock so I was concerned.  I want to get married on the beach I know!! How many people are you having? I've been debating on if we are going to do a full on reception or not.

@@ASAtobe gotcha! We are having about 50 people. I was telling my Fiance that we are just going to have to plan a trip down there so we can scope it out and meet with the vendors. I would suggest to do the reception if you have 30 people or less bc its free or if you can book a certain amount of room nights its free as well.

Hola @@ASAtobe & @@tmac06 we live just down the beach from Hard Rock Cancun! We have shot a few private functions on the terrace at Hard Rock and it's quite nice. It felt very private and had a great view. We have our first wedding at HRC in a few weeks and will be able to share images then of our couples ceremony on the beach and reception. :)

Until then feel free to connect with us on Facebook to see the HRC wedding images as soon as they're posted. To get a little destination wedding inspiration in general check out our website to view photos from some of our awesome beach weddings here in Cancun and the Riviera Maya!

Happy planning! :)

The areas on the far left and far right round terraces that stick out are usually the spots where events and wedding receptions are held...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
