It confused some people. We got RSVPS back from people who WERE going and they checked suitcase still in closet (b/c they havent started to pack)!!! We laughed our butts off!!! My mom checked it off too!!!

Thanks for these ideas EVERYONE! I was racking my brain on what to put as we are asking for a prelim RSVP and then the people that say YES or MAYBE will get an official invite!

 

I think we will use something like this:

___No, can't make it but have a margarita for us

 

Also added:

 

**We are hoping to get an idea of the number of rooms we need to block with the hotel. We will not hold you to your "YES" response.

we're trying to get an idea of rooms for a room block as well so on our website we just asked folks to give us an idea with:

and we want to know who their from but since a lot of people don't get what the M________ stands for, we're just doing this:

___ You beach'ya, we'll be there!

___ Sorry, we sunburn easily.

 

so people will get that they at least have to put a first name, then we can figure it out from there or at least know who to call if they dont put a #!
