I'm so excited!! My fiance and I will be married April 2015 at El Dorado Maroma! :wub: :D :)
 We are going to put our deposit down in March when we visit for the Bride's Dress Rehearsal.

 

Anyone else getting married at this gorgeous resort?!

that's awesome!!! If you have any questions about working with Lomas or their packages for the El Dorado resorts, just ask.

 

The EDR/EDCR Official thread has most of the info there.

That was the hardest decision for me was EDM versus Secret Maroma...I truly love both resort. But I went to EDM on a work trip about two years ago and fell in love with mangrove trees surrounding it and the marina next door.

 

Also, Secrets was above budget for my friends.

 

But your wedding is going to FANTASTIC! I love Secret's spa it is so special

We are getting married at Dream Riviera Cancun, but we chose El Dorado Maroma to stay at for a week afterwards for our honeymoon so I'm super excited about that. Awesome to hear people are getting married there too! I've never been but I've heard great things!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
