Royalton White Sands

@@Lisa35 I'll send you what I have! They were very nice about honoring the 2014 prices since that's when we signed the contract, so hopefully the same will be for you. My fiancé and I reviewed everything and planned as much as we could on our own so when it was time to work with the coordinators, we had everything ready and it went very smoothly. We had to leave out a few things to stay within our budget, but it'll still be a beautiful wedding!  Can't wait to share pics and let everyone know how it went.

Thank you for the good wishes, I'm so excited for the big day!!! 37 more days  :)

We all can't wait to hear all about it :) I think we will also need to leave out some items because of the stupid dollar right now.

@@Lisa35 I've heard about the exchange rate really being an issue for the Canadian brides right now, that really sucks!  If you follow Royalton White Sands Brides and Grooms on Facebook, I think some of the outside vendors are offering an exchange rate of $1USD to $1CAD to help out. Best of luck!!

Thanks, I am a part of that group and I have noticed that some of them are. We are actually taking our photographer with us which is still cheaper than using an outside photographer. I hope the dollar improves a little.

Hi Lisa,

I haven't received it yet, can you e-mail it to me please? Thanks so much!  We don't have an official date set yet, but we're leaning toward the first week of November of next year. I can't wait to finally make a decision though!

Thank you for writing the reviews!!! We visited the Royalton for a site visit before booking our wedding but didn't stay there, so it's great to see that you and the other agents loved it!! Looking forward to an amazing wedding and vacation! :)

Happy Easter beautiful brides!

So we finally decided on RWS! We are putting down the deposit soon and if all goes well, we should get married June 4 2016. We are thinking of a private reception on the beach. I was looking at the Jamaican experience package and wondering if anyone know and have any information on the Jamaican style infused menu. If someone does, can you please send the info at sabrina_cajuste@hotmail.com. Another question, I am planning on putting a deposit as well with Sunwing. Does anyone think it's too early and I should wait. I know It's a little bit over a year, but time does fly.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
