Ok ladies, help me out! I ordered really nice Passport Invitations from Zazzle, (super cheap, score!) and now my only question is, response cards? I set up a website on The Knot and wanted to know if it was cheesy to set up an Online RSVP? I think it makes sense, and saves some money on postage, etc. BUT, along with the passport invites, I wanted to include the website info, etc. How should I go about doing this? AHHH! Help!

I think an online RSVP would be ok. I guess my only concern would be if you are inviting older people who may not be computer savvy and won't know how to RSVP. As far as putting the wedding website on the invite. Could you make a business card with the info and put it in the invite? Or maybe stick a label on the passport with the site?

My guest list is very small to begin withh, so I was thinking maybe o

putting like a small starfish cutout with the website info and menu options, bascially a response card with no return postage! I need to think quickly! Thanks for the input !!

@@A7Xtrish I think online RSVP is fine I have one on mine but no one has used it yet, I actually included a little note card with all the details of the trip and the travel agent and I told them to go right to her if they wished to book and in return my travel agent just sends me an update once someone books.

I used online RSVP... a few people used it... we only sent paper rsvps to people we know don't use computers and they didn't even bother sending them back... Only 2 out of like 6... I'd say skip the paper responses.. they are expensive and people probably won't use them anyway. Realistically the people who book will let you know (or your TA will let you know if you're using one as a group).

Thanks everyone for the quick feedback! I definitely think I'm going to include a little note card of some sort with our invites, and have all of the website info and menu options. The website contains plenty of travel info and everything they need to know for the wedding, as well as the rsvp link. We're going to create a little travel brochure/ itinerary for guests when they arrive. Ahhh! So much to do!!

Invites are definitely pricey but the travel agent can't get meal choices and stuff for you and most resorts require a head count as to who is eating what 45 days in advance. Plus an invite is something to add to the scrapbook and look at in years to come. My fiancé wanted to and out mass text messages to everyone but I thought it was totally worth sending out real invites. Have you set up a webpage on theknot.com? You can use that as your invite.. If you already have email addresses for everyone, you can send them something legitimate, and they can RSVP, etc on the site. With our invites, we included the web page info and they can get all the info they want, RSVP and choose their entree at once. Just a thought!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
