@@Jb2b I had the garden gazebo ceremony as well and honestly, if you do not want to purchase flowers I think you can make the choice to skip it. The garden gazebo is pretty with the trees and plants there. It pretty much almost swallowed my decor. Yes, I did select all of my decor, table settings etc but you can choose to select one of the memorable moments collection if it makes it easier for you. I did not make my selections from the lomas website, I selected my options from pintrest and got price quotes on those items (what lomas does, is that they find a decor similar to whatever picture you provide)

Ladies, this resort is fantastic! I will post a complete review when we return, but just wanted to pipe in and say that there is no need for stress. Our day (and our entire stay so far) was absolutely perfect, I haven't had a single complaint since we arrived!

@@isymiyake2000 thank you for the information.  I was assuming the same thing about the garden gazebo after seeing pictures.  If you wouldn't mind could I email you directly to ask a question?  I want to get an idea of the quote range you received for selecting your own decor outside of what Lomas had onsite.  Not sure if you felt comfortable posting this info onsite.  Did you use the DJ Lomas provides?  We are mostly interested in our reception and making sure the music is fantastic so the two of us and our guest can dance the day away!! : )

Hi everyone! So I totally got blindsided. I was convinced that we would have our wedding at the Gran Caribe Real in Cancun but we're not so sure anymore. Our travel agent recommended Azul Five to us and I like the pictures but I'm having trouble making sense of their pricing. Can anyone help me out with that? How do the packages work? Do they offer private receptions and how much does that cost? Any info helps. I feel as though all the research I've done was completely wasted

Can anyone recommend a good photographer/videographer combo? Everything is sooo expensive.

@@Lilgabri03 I used Dean Sanderson for photos and Mike Cantarell for Videography -- they worked as a great team coming in as 1 vendor so I didnt need to pay vendor fees for each vendor. Loved their work as well.

Awesome thank you! Can I ask people how long they had each for (photographer and videographer) and also how much everyone paid? I am trying to get an idea of where I can negotiate from.
