    Hello! Here is the menu and site fees for the Beach HOuse REstaurant.

    General Information for Non-Exclusive Events
    (Revised March 2006)

    MENU CHANGES
    We reserve the right to change menu selections as needed due to availability of products.

    MENU OPTIONS
    Set menus are required for parties of 14 or more. Parties fewer than 14 guests have the option of choosing a set-menu or a la carte menu. Vegetarian options are also available with advanced notice.

    WINES
    We offer an extensive wine list. We review and make changes to our wine list monthly. Pre-Selections need to be placed two (2) weeks in advance to insure availability. All wines must be purchased from the restaurant and consumed on premises. No one, under any circumstances, will be permitted to leave the premises with an open or unfinished bottle of wine.

    LIQUOR
    For ease of service, we request no cash and carry. We will present one check per table. All beverages will be billed as consumed. Tax and gratuity will be applied to all liquor sales.

    SERVICE CHARGE & TAX
    All food, beverage and amenities are subject to our 18% service/coordination charge. This includes set-up fees, labor, d©cor, entertainment, etc. Tax and service charge are not included in set menu price unless specified. Hawaii state tax rate of 4.166% will be added to final food and beverage bill.

    SEATING TIME
    Seating times must be honored. We anticipate a maximum 2-hour seating time with a 15 minute grace period, as tables will be reserved for later seating. All dining extension times are subject to a surcharge. The surcharge will be an additional 10% of the total food and beverage bill and it will be added to the final bill for every 30 minutes exceeding the allotted time. We reserve the right to re-seat any open tables.

    DESIGNATED HOST/HOSTESS
    We request that there be one designated host or hostess in whom management may approach with concerns and questions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

    SET-UP FEES
    Set-up fees are to be determined by the Beach House Management for dining room reconfiguration, lawn bar set up, etc. Set-fees are subject to our 18% Coordination charge and Hawaii state tax of 4.166%. Set-up fees are above and beyond Food & Beverage Sales.

    CUSTOM SERVICES
    In house services are available upon request. Options may include custom menus, wedding or celebration cakes, floral arrangements, d©cor, or entertainment. 50% of all amenities and custom services must be paid at the time of order and are subject to tax and 18% Coordination fees and Hawaii state tax of 4.166%. Please inquire for further information about options and availability. A $2.00 per person cake service fee will apply when providing your own cake.

    FUNCTION AGREEMENT
    All function agreements require a signature, to confirm all events, in addition to a major credit card on file.

    GUARANTEE
    A guaranteed number of participants are required no later than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled function. If we are not advised of a guaranteed count, the tentative count will become the guarantee. No shows on a guarantee count will be billed the full menu cost on an event menu or $35.00++ on an a la carte menu.

    ADVANCE DEPOSITS
    A 50% deposit of anticipated cost, is due at least 45 days in advance of the event, is required to secure reservation. The remaining balance will be billed in full at the completion of the event, payable by cash, credit card or corporate check.
    BILLING
    Billing for each function/special event will be arranged and approved by the Beach House Management, at least 30 days prior to the event. All bill backs are due within 15 days of service. The Beach House reserves the right to approve or deny all requested bill backs. A 1.5% monthly interest fee will be added to all balances over 30 days. All events will require a credit card as security on final payment due, regardless on bill back arrangements.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    A minimum of thirty (30) days advance notice will be required in order to receive a full deposit refund. If cancellation occurs 15-29 days in advance, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation of any event does not occur as described above, the full deposit will be deemed, ‘Non-Refundable.’

    LOUNGE5:00 PM TO 10:00 PM
    DINING ROOM
    Summer Season:April 1st to Sept. 30th (may fluctuate from year to year)
    6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
    Parties of 14+ may be accommodated at 6:00/6:15 or 8:00/8:15

    Winter Season:Oct. 1st to March 31st (may fluctuate from year to year)
    5:30 PM to 10:00 PM
    Parties of 14+ may be accommodated at 5:30/5:45 or 7:45/8:00









    EXCLUSIVE EVENTS (BUYOUTS)
    (Any groups of 70 or more requires a buyout of the restaurant)

    The Beach House is available for private events. Closing the restaurant and bar to public for the evening will require the following minimum food and beverage revenue:

    Minimum Buy out is $22,000.00++

    Tax, 18% service fee, set up fees, labor, entertainment, dance floor rental, d©cor, etc., are above and beyond the minimum buyout.

    Buy Out Options:
    Buy out set-up$500.00 & up
    Basic table configuration. Removal of tables & chairs will result in a higher set-up fee

    Ala Carte Fees: (For buyouts & Non Exclusive Events)
    Bar set up fee$250.00 per bar
    (Beverage minimum of $500.00++)

    Additional Staff$250.00 each

    This area requires rentals of tent, tables, chairs and additional staff for all dinners.

      I photographed a small wedding at the Beach House, it was a beautiful location for a wedding with about 40 guests or so. We had a killer sunset that night, made for some great photos.

      I remember everyone there being very nice and friendly (like most Hawaiians of course).

            We ate here during our honeymoon. It was packed so we had to wait a few minutes even though we had a reservation. Dinner was very good but to us, this was not THE BEST restaurant in the South Shore even though it was voted as such. We had our most delicious meals at The Tidepools Restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Kauai.
