Azul Beach V. Azul Fives

Recommended Posts

I am still waiting on responses I sent to my coordinator on Friday and also emails I sent to Caripe and Matias Cano for photography and videography ...

I am presently considering using Dean Sanderson and Mike Cantarell for Photography and Film. @@talicea7812 @@KScheer would you happen to know if the vendor fee is per day or just per vendor?

I think it's per vendor... But not totally sure. I think photo/video ppl are the only outside vendors they allow.

I am flying in my photographer from home. She modified her pkg price since I am paying hotel n air. Altogether I'm paying about $3000... Which is a lot but when I compared the prices to the approved photogs that about what I would have paid & my photog is amazing! Be careful with the approved ppl. Some pkgs don't include editing so they are basically the point n shoot pics (something anyone can do)

The pics are the most important to me so the no editing wasn't gonna fly with me

I'm pretty sure also its $800 per vendor.

@@isymiyake2000 - I sent you an email. We are also flying a photographer down there.

Do all the assigned wedding coordinators in Miami usually take a week to respond to an email? This is common? I understand 2-3 days but a week is a bit long.

@@KScheer responding to your mail now @@talicea7812 I have the same concerns as well. The same for hair and make-up, I havent read a good review on the bridal service provided by the salon...I am so confused now if I have to fly an entourage in..LMAO!

I spoke to my destination wedding specialist and she mentioned that the vendor fee is per day..which kinda sucks because I have a traditional ceremony on tuesday (per nigerian tradition) and the actual wedding on Wednesday...also she will be speaking to the head office for the Karisma Hotels regarding Stephanie. Hopefully, this helps but we shall see.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
