Bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres

Recommended Posts

Did anyone go to the flower shop or market in PV and make their own bouquets and boutonnieres? I want simple and $40 a pop for 9 women and then 10 a pop for the men I am thinking to gather flowers and wrap them with satin ribbon isnt going to be a hard thing to do? So I know there is a Sams there as well. Did anyone of you do this? White roses in a bundle thats all I want. smile105.gif

Are you going to have someone in charge of making them the day of and bringing them over? It seems like they would get wilted if they weren't refridgerated.

But I can't offer advise for flower shops. No clue.

Did you ask Nicole if you had a simple, simple bouquet if the price would remain the same?

I did not ask that question. I'll send a message her way wink.gif Yes there is someone who is making them. One of the guests is a designer! Since its in January I think they are putting the flowers in a box w/ tubes of water and then arranging at the location in the morning. But I surely will ask them about that. I did find a shop. flowerstogovallarta.com That said they would sell single flowers for us. It will save us about 400.00 to do this method. We have a ton of people in the wedding. My bouquet and his bout. and one large arrangement is being made by the Las Caletas contract. So thats great :) TY for your advice I'll send email now wink.gif

The only bouquets we had were for me any my moh (corsage for mom). I also didn't want to pay that much per bouquet for my BMs flowers and didn't even look into other options. In the end nobody noticed as that place is darn floral naturally.

Look here though, Edna shared this list of PV florists:

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
