@@calgarybride2015 wow, 11 would have been amazing! Only Transat flies to Azul Fives so looks like were stuck with 21. Better than nothing!

That sucks! I used ACV. I JUST made it and got 2 free.

I'm booked at Azul Fives flying from Toronto. I booked in Nov 2014 and got the every 16th person free but I'm not sure when they switched over to 21. Apparently some times they don't even offer credits. I guess it all depends on supply and demand.

@@ashhtayy I couldn't agree more - timing is everything!

We don't get many perks being from Canada although our package prices are a lot more affordable. I have had a really great experience with my WC from Karisma so far (*knock on wood*). She's been really on top of responding very quickly, she's friendly and is always able to answer my questions and if not she checks and gets back to me very promptly. I'm not doing a memorable moments collection and keeping it fairly simple but still wanting it unique and special of course. I wanted to substitute our dessert option for our set menu (we're doing a plated meal) and my WC was great about getting me other options. I've also sent her many reference photos for our colour palette, inspiration for flowers, seating arrangement and she's been great about adding in all of my notes and attaching my pics to the wedding builder online.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

We booked at the end of September with Air Transat and am getting every 11th person free up to a max of 4 free people. I didn't even know these promotions change, I'm glad we booked when we did :)

We're also getting free seat selections, a reserved overhead bin for my wedding dress, priority check in and an extra 10 kg of luggage.

As of today, 11 more months :)

@@Wafflesmom okay so I didn't even think to ask about where my dress was going to go - I just assumed they would make room for it. Time for me to wake up - never assume anything! Thanks to your message I will also ask about priority check in, extra luggage and of coarse two small bottles of champagne (@).

@ when did you book? my understanding is these offers change all the time, with little or no notice. like your cable promotions, one person signs up they get three months free, the second person signs up and only gets the movie channels free for three months. maybe a poor example but from what my TAs are saying, you're either lucky...or you're not.

I agree. For the amount of times I've bought new cars I've never got any promos - like a trip to Vegas lol. Luck of the draw.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
