I had no idea!! That is so cool I loved that movie!! Thanks for the info I am going to try and include somehow in a fun way for our guests.. =)

Its very idyllic and the people are awesome. The bay is called Marigot Bay and there is a bar called Pink Snail Champagne Bar in the films honor..  ;).

You will have a ball.

I wouldn't want them to have to do that before Christmas so we will be confirming right in January. We have decided on the resort (in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico) and look forward to the planning of it all! This site is awesome...it has so many good ideas!

Planning on a February 2016 wedding at Dreams Riviera Cancun - but nothing has been booked yet. I just got in contact with a couple different Travel Agents today to ask prices. I have my heart set on that beautiful resort so I'm hoping the rates won't be too outrageous.

 

I considered going without a TA, but have a few older guests and ones that aren't very tech savvy, so thinking it will just be easier using one.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
