My FI is the king of budgets and spreadsheets, so I've found I haven't needed a binder. I looked online at the categories that typical weddings binders had an adjusted it for destination weddings. Then he made spreadsheet documents for each category documenting price quotes, contacts, due dates, etc. The documents are shared through an online cloud system to allow each of us to edit them.

same here @Linz1131 - in my excitement, i peeled the cover off the front and back so now i'm determined to use it. i do like the little ziplock case. i've been putting invitation samples and things like that in there.
df is the numbers guy so we looked at the Knot's Destination Wedding Guide and copied that budget into a spreadsheet. @riilokiiley - pinterest has totally become my everything for planning. i just use the binder for paper things like price quotes etc... since i can't return it.
oh well, live and learn. i should have listened to him (and my gut) and just created my own.
