Yes I wanted an addtl week but we also need to save for a home. So I am even more in a budget that I need to save for a wedding and save for a big down payment. And planning for a baby lol. I am also baptising two babies next year. Omg so many things coming up but I am so happy that they are all good things!

We are also saving for a home so since we got pressured to do a gift registry, we did one at honeyfund.com and added it as an option to our honeymoon registry.  We also did a small registry at Macy's.  I own a home and we just moved in together so we don't need a lot.  We just want to have a nice honeymoon and save for a new home in the next 2 years, cause my home is a bit small for the two of us and a child.  We chose Punta Cana for our wedding to keep everything easy, but we didn't really view that as someplace where we both wanted to honeymoon. That's why we will just do one later and enjoy this trip with our families.

It's new school for my older family but not my younger family, friends, and our coworkers so the choice is theirs to pick one...lol. The traditional group can go to Macys if they want so we should have no more complaining...lol

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
