Help!!! Choosing a resort in Mexico

I just recently got engaged and I am hoping to get married June 2014. I went to a wedding about 2 years ago at Dreams Riviera in Riviera Maya (I think that is were it was) and it was awesome!! But I don't want to get married at the same exact resort. I was looking at the Dreams resort in Cancun and NOW Jade Riviera Cancun. I want somewhere that is all inclusive and somewhere where the rooms are going to be affordable for guest. We are looking at having 65-75 guest. I also want somewhere that will do an interfaith ceremony. I am christian and my fiance is Jewish. We will be legally getting married before we go to Mexico to avoid all of the requirements. I am open to other resorts as well. There are soooo many and I still am not sure of the exact packages they offer or if they substitute things. Is email the only way to contact a resort and get some information? Thanks for your help!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
