I know a few people asked about having weddings at this resort. I'm not using the info, so I decided to no let it go to waste and share!

 

At Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa we have an attractive wedding package along with many menu options from which to choose. Please find attached, a sampling of those options should you decide to host a private dinner reception.

 

 

In anticipation of your interest we recommend that you take with you your

wedding songs on a compact disc as we may not have the songs of your choice. It must also be noted that “burnt” CD’s are not always compatible with our system.

 

We therefore recommend that originals be brought with you. For information, a non-traditional wedding usually requires a selection of at least four songs –

 

•Bridal party

•Bridal March (Processional)

•Exit Song (Recessional)

•Signing of Registry

 

The Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa is an all-inclusive property.

We wish to advise you that as our valued in-house wedding guests, the Resort allows non-residential persons attending your wedding access to the property one half hour prior to the start of your wedding. We require that they stay within the immediate area of the wedding at all times.

 

As a policy, only resident guests are allowed on the guest floors. We recommend that your non-resident guests come to the Resort already dressed for your wedding. Should any of them wish to change, they will be required to purchase a day use room at a cost of US$120.00.

 

If your non-resident guests wish to enjoy the Resort facilities we have two

options available:

 

Day Pass US$60.00 Valid: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Evening PassUS$80.00 Valid: 6:00 pm – 2:00 am

 

Picture identification is required to be left at the Front Desk for all passes

issued.

 

The access and policy as it relates to non-resident persons is strictly

enforced. We ask that you communicate this to them prior to their arrival.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
