I just go my Self magazine yesterday and there is some great arm excercises in there. Kind of funny because just yesterday I was looking at my arms and thinking I needed to get on top of the toning situation.
Anyway they have some cards you pull out of the magazine and you can keep them around and they show you how to do the excercises. They do them with some resistance band and they say you can order them for $13 but I found them for $8 and with shipping it was $15. Ultra Toner Bowtie Exercise Tube from ActiveForever.com

The cards say you can look up videos on their site of how to do the excercises but I think since the issue may not be on shelves yet they have not put the videos up.
    Fitness videos on SELF.com
I am willing to scan them and post them on here if anyone wants the cards.

Just a little FYI for all my girls who are concerned about there arms.

I *LOVE* Self Magazine! They have a really great 3-month long workout & diet routine that will kick your butt into great shape! I plan on starting it in December or January. It's called the Self Challenge ~ I HIGHLY recommend it (though it is TOUGH & requires a time commitment for regular exercising). I've done it every year for the last 5 years.

Go here: Search results for workouts on SELF.com
Create a log-on and you can see the 3 different months of the Challenge.

Yeah, SELF rocks, and that SELF challenge is still available online. You can start it over every month and track your progress online.

I need to focus on my arms and the fat under the arms that will show in my strapless gown. THAT is my biggest concern b/c my bra pushes up what little I've got in the boob area -- which also pushes up that extra skin and it looks YUK!
