Hi @@stephbono,

 

When is your wedding? Mine is July 29th =) Seems so far but I bet its going to creep up on us!

 

So far we've picked the Gazebo and I'm pretty sure we're picking the Baja Norte for the reception. From what I've gathered if you do not do the semi-private dinner your paying per person for dinner plus the site fee.

 

How's your planning going?

OK so I just got a big email with package pricing and additional information. One question.... I have the Royal package (which includes 20 guests) but is this only if I have the semi-private dinner?? what if i want the private dinner and pay the $600 rental fee? Do I then have to pay per person per plate? Or do I still get 20 people included and I pay for additional people?

 

Also, if I were to do the semi-private dinner, do we eat dinner and then move to another reception area? Where would we do the dancing and cake etc?

When do you recieve the pricing? I am trying to plan a budget and would really not like to have to wait until 3-5 months before the wedding to know how much money im going to be spending!

Last month I was in contact with the Alejandra Barona in the wedding sales department though my travel agent.  Through email she sent me information on the different package types, the 2015 price listing for extras and a sample banquet menu.  PM your email address and I can forward what I have to you.  Since my wedding is in 2016, they informed me that they don't have the prices for the packages yet and would email them to me once it's out.  After we reserved our date (12/11/14), I emailed Ana Maria, our assigned coordinator, to ask for any other documents that would help with planning and budgeting.  She hasn't responded yet which is expected due to their high volume of weddings.  When is your wedding?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
