I tried to use them last year for my Nov 2012 wedding as I got price quotes that were way cheaper from them than from Marvin at maya floral.  I had some concerns as they had never delivered flowers to Sun Palace where my wedding was being held but I figured for $200 cheaper it was worth the risk.  I had spoken with Barbara I believe was her name and then all of a sudden her communication stopped.  No one ever responded to my emails after barbara left and so I went back to Marvin about 3 months before my wedding.  I think it worked out for the best and paying the extra $200 that Marvin charged was worth the piece of mind knowing that Maravin was a reputable florist and has delivered to almost all the Palace resorts many many times!

Hey immotarunner,

 

Cherry Blossom has new owners since last year , Julieta and Sandra are the ladies behind the company , at the time shan0487 lost communication from Barbara was simply because of this major change.

 

My advice to you is as long as you have send them pictures of your vision then you will be fine, give them as much detailed information of what you are expecting.

one for Flores Riviera for my centerpieces and the bridesmaid bouquets/groomsmen boutonnieres/flower petals for tossing through Cherry Blossom. 

They turned out great. The bridesmaid bouquet were kind of overpriced for a small plain bouquet but they were still a lot cheaper than buying them through Paradisus' event company.  Cherry Blossom matched my flowers exactly like the pictures I gave them. However Flores Riviera did not. I sent them one of their own pictures of a certain flower, instead I got yellow roses with red/orange trim. It was close enough but that's not what they promised. They had a name for the one I ordered and said they definitely had that in stock as opposed to the roses I got.  Overall they were pretty and they fulfilled the request.

Hi , I just posted about Cherry Blossom somewhere else in the site but well I had my wedding flowers done by them, and everything was amazing just the way I imagined it... I didn´t have enough budget but neither know too much about flowers... so they gave me a flower proposal based on what I wanted to pay... very flexible on this..

they were in charge of my centerpieces, beach ceremony and bouquet which I loved! I want to share a picture of my bouquet but don´t know how...

Hi, I used them for my wedding and was very pleased! they are very accessible and easy to work with. I absolutely loved my bouquet and they were very patient with me.

I went for a very mexican theme and focused on white callas and orchids. I think given how expensive the region is, it did not feel overpriced for their services.

A piece of advise to all future brides is to get a bright colour for their bouquet. Whilst white might look classy and pristine, since you will most likely be taking photos with the sea as background.. a colorful bouquet, white dress plus dark suit and a beautiful background totaly made the couple pics awesome

I just wanted to share my experience with Cherry Blossom as well... My biggest fear in planning this marriage from a distance was the details like the flowers and the decor. I wondered how I – with my slight need to control everything! – would be able to organize the decor for our wedding without even seeing or touching anything or being on the grounds. But the minute we started exchanging emails with Sandra at Cherry Blossoms, I knew she understood my vision, and I knew I could completely trust her. I decided to go with Cherry Blossoms because they seemed to have a lot of experience in vintage style weddings. They also had a large catalogue of items I could rent that really fit my style. Once I started working with them I realized that Sandra even surpassed my expectations… Not only was she extremely responsive to my ideas but she went out of your way to recommend things that she thought would complement them. She was also so quick to respond to email (I swear Sandra answers right right away, with pictures and new ideas!) Working with Sandra was an absolute joy. The flowers for our wedding were absolutely gorgeous and the vintage set up she did for our reception (with a mix of props and frames that I brought and some décor I rented from her) was so bang on what I had hoped for!! I was one extremely satisfied bride on my wedding day! Don’t think twice about working with Cherry Blossoms…. They are wonderful!
