Even though my wedding isn't until next year, our travel agent secured a great deal for our guests to travel to Puerto Vallarta with us next year. Due to that fact, my invites are being sent out a month after the STD's went out! Every puts down their deposit by end August, and pays by January. yes, we are asking people to commit very early.... but if they choose not to use our TA, and get flights/ accommodations on their own, they are risking a major price increase! We know it is a lot to ask, but such is our reality for our wedding it seems!   Without further delay, here are my boarding pass invites!   I hope, I hope I give credit to all the right people for this!   I borrowed with love templates from: - boarding pass template: foxytv   - boarding pass INSPIRATION: ChocoTaco & multiple other brides posts   - jacket template: ???? (will give post credit when I find out where I took it from!)   - Letter to family & Friends: ChocoTaco   - boarding pass "not a valid travel voucher"- Aylee Bits   Fonts Used (downloaded from DaFont or came with the template): wmtrees1 CalifornianFB Organic Elements Scriptina Port Credit   Cost Breakdown: (purchased a lot of things new, that I will be using again for other projects)   Paper (ordered online from Paper Garden- AMAZING CANADIAN SITE!) Basis Aqua cardstock- 30 pages- $13.50 AURA Eggplant cardstock- 10 pages (ordered 70)- $4.20 Cougar White Cardstock- 50 pages (ordered 100)- $8.00 Aura Eggplant No.10 Envelopes- 50 per package- $21.33   Return Address Labels- previous Vista Print purchase Envelope Seal stickers- previous Vista Print purchase   Tools: Cutterbee- Michaels (on sale!)- $19.99 Perforator- Walmart- $3.00 Scorer- Walmart- $3.00 Raffia- Walmart- $1.97 Round Punch- Walmart- $4.97 Hand Punch Hole Punch- Michaels (50% off coupon)- $5.00 Crystal Brads- Michaels- $4.99 Glue Dots- Michaels (50% off coupon)- $4.25   Printing: $49.47 at PostNet   Stamps: (had a previous roll of Canadian stamps that my mom gave me) $0 - need to get American Stamps though- so estimated cost of those is $20.00   Total Cost is: $163.67 (for 30 invites)   Alright, now for the fun stuff! Pictures and templates!   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700     http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700 All fully cut (took about 3 hours, and then cutting the indents was SUUUPPPPER fun)       http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700 In the middle of rounding the corners.... amazing how different they look!   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700 ALL DONE!   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700 These took me two evenings of work. First I scored them, then folded the next day.   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700 Putting these together took me an entire evening (like 6 hours). So time consuming to properly cut, measure, and put together.   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700 The first 3 pages have this on the back of them.   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700 The return ticket has this on the back. The ones going to the states don't have a return postage though.   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700 I want to send out a HUGE thank you to ChocoTaco! Your invites were a HUGE inspiration to me, and when I read this, I just knew I had to do something similar. I used a couple lines from yours, in which you explain how life has limitations, and you understand if people cannot make it. I tired to re-write it, but your writing was absolutely perfect. THANK YOU for posting your invite, because it made making mine sooo much easier!   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700 All done and ready to be sent out! The ones out of the box are the ones being mailed to the States- I have to get stamps for them still.   Templates! (I saved all files as a PDF in order to print them without losing the formatting)   I combined these two files into a PDF to print them.                   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700           http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700                 http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700           I made my logo using this post: http://www.bestdesti...sing-powerpoint   http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700         http://www.bestdesti.../350/height/700     Hope you all enjoy!!!!  Let you know the responses I receive from my guests as I get them in woot.gif

I can't wait till I get to 150 . I hope I will be able to find this post

So far 79 adult guests + bride and groom + 13 kids = 164 room nights. Focused on planning without stressing.

These are quite stunning. And I love the wording that you used. I was looking to incorporate something similar in the ones that I'm having made. I'm going to use this to help me.  Thank you!

          Google.

Alliebits has a great one that is easily found with Google that most brides have used.
