    Hi all:

I've been talking to my FI about the possibility of an off-resort wedding, but one big sticking point will be catering.  For those of you who have used off-resort caterers, can you give me any recommendations?  What kinds of food did you have?  What was the approximate price per person?  Did the cost include linens or tables (or other items)?

*I would be paying $70-$80 per head at minimum here at home.  So it would be great if the cost was below that, but please give me any and all recommendations! I love good food!

        Hello Brownsugarbride,

As Joyce says there is a wide range of caterer services in the area and we are one of them.

I did my gastronomy and hotel school in Switzerland and my father had restarurants for more than 40 years so I grew up around food and that is why it is very important for us.

Most of our testimonials at this forum are from Brides who held their wedding in private locations so besides our coordination the testimonials are about our catering and decor.

From the romantic dinner for two to a 300 guests catering, we will always offer a quality service.  We are flexible and our Chef can adjust to your tastes and needs designing a special menu for you.

Here are some photos from our different type of services like hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, taco bar, buffets, plated dinner and late night snacks.
