I'm looking for advice for any brides that were married there or are in the process! I have found Nayla to be a bit difficult to reach and she doesn't offer much in the way of ideas so I just want to be sure I've covered everything and gotten what we will need. So far I've planned the following - PLEASE let me know if I'm missing anything!
Brides and grooms flowers
Requested 2 bridesmaid bouquets as well
Centerpieces for three tables of 8 (we have 24 guests total)
Rehearsal the day before and private rehearsal dinner
We opted for the Silver package with the reception on the CECO Terrace
Ceremony on the beach with white chairs (she has asked me to bring three songs on an ipod for this - I'm a little confused how this will work and what songs I should choose - any suggestions?)
I've inquired about a DJ for the reception but haven't heard back on if this is available or what the cost is - anyone know and if so is it worth it?
How long does the actual reception last?
I am brining table numbers, place cards, guest gift bags (Im hoping the hotel will hand these out as our guests check in for us)
I've arranged for my hair and make up at the spa the day of and contacted the photographer to meet with him prior to the ceremony
Due to lack of travel space I really can't bring much more in the way of "decorations" do they provide everything to make it look beautiful?
