Tomorrow is my big outing with the bridesmaids to choose their dresses and try on a few dresses for myself, wish me luck!!

Sounds exciting! I can't wait until I get to try on my first dress. Good luck!

It really depends where in Canada you want to live. Some places have a very high cost of living, and others quite low.

Its like anywhere really, around the cities evertything usually costs more and more remote areas are cheaper..

Beautiful Sunday afternoon here, meant to be outside to do a bit of gardening, But absolutely NO energy. So decided to sit down for a few minutes, have a cup of coffee and find a few posts to comment on. But even too tired for that :(

Yes and no. Some of our remote areas have insanely high costs of living (up north) but usually that's how it works

Uh, we get way to much rain here :( Is it Spring or summer for you now?

Our summer officially started on 1st May, but think we only had 2 days in the whole month that could be called somewhat summery. But now its June so fingers crossed the weather will improve.

Oh yes, its important to have a rest and re charge the batteries between work and the houshold work (which never ends....)

Its hard to get motivated at times to the household stuff, the thing is it will still be there later. So no rush!

Unless you are lucky enough to have a hubby/hubby2be that is "trained" in the art of laundry/hoovering/dusting/mopping/cleaning bathrooms etc. ;)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
