Oh my! I totally missed this post!!!!

Shelley, as all the other girls have said, sorry to hear about you guys postponing the wedding, but as long as you guys do whats in your best interests, then its all good. Its a blessing to be able to communicate with each other openly and both parties be open-minded and considerate of each other. In which I think you have done a remarkable job of doing so!

I think about postponing our wedding literally every freakin week, b/c my FI's family isnt quite on-board and causing me major headaches! Sorry, I'm rambling.

But what will be, will be. Let me know if there's anyting I can do this way. smile03.gif

Oh, BTW, this is my self-invite! And I am so in for a road-trip up north, lol

Shelly, so sorry to hear. I can relate as we just found out that we too have to postpone too. sad.gif As you can see the girls are all here for you. I know that I don't know you but I feel like I do based on all of your great advice and support that you give the board. You sound like you are doing well considering. I completely agree with all of these posts, its not about the wedding but rather the marriage. Which comes down to what you two mean to one another. The wedding will come and when it does it will be beautiful. In the meantime just treasure the fact that you still have each other. Hugs to you and hang in there. Lu Lu

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
