Hey ladies! I just finished my table numbers last night. We've got a rustic vintage theme with some travel elements, such as old suitcases, a globe, and tables named after places that are special to us.

Two of the places are from our home province in British Columbia where we celebrated our 1st and 2nd anniversaries, two are from a trip we took to Puerto Rico, one from a trip to Mexico City, and another is little town on the Yucatan peninsula called Valladolid.

Each background has little elements that match the people at the table - Guests from Chicago, Toronto, New York, Argentina, Mexico, and two people that were married in San Francisco. My aunt is a flight attendant so the one with the stewardess went to her table! I'm happy that everything matched up that way, some of them weren't even on purpose!

The frames are from the dollar store, the hangtags (which i soaked in tea) are from Staples, and the background is wrapping paper I ordered from Paper Source.

Thanks ladies! sswed13, do you already have your table numbers set? Since we live down here in the Riviera Maya and purchased pretty much everything for our wedding, I've decided to rent out a bunch of our decor, including these table number/name displays. I can customize them for you if you'd like! Let me know if you'd be interested in renting these or any other rustic vintage style wedding decor for your upcoming wedding. :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
