Just done my first day of 30 day squat challenge lets see how this goes? If it goes well and I can get myself to do it everyday I plan on doing it for more then I a month... But I'm going to see how the month goes first that's my goal lol I may need a month break after this month lol has anyone completed the 30 day squat challenge? If I would love to hear how it went!!!!

Where where can I find the 30 day squat challenge? Just google it? Have you gone it? If so what were your results? In skeptical sometimes about those challenges but ill try anything that works! Thanks

I found the calendar on instagram but u can google it. My hips got smaller, my atomach got tighter and my butt lifted from it. I also log my food on myfitnesspal

awesome!!! So it does show results lol I just did the first day of the 30 day challenge tonight and I walked up the stairs Andy legs are burning can you say out of shape lol it's going to be a long 30 days lol

    Don't wait too long to buy a dress. I waited until exactly 6 months and will not have my dress until 1 month before the wedding. It's causing me stress as it will need to be altered. Good luck!

    Good advice....are you having your dress ordered or you bought it online?

    NO PROBLEM! Squats work the back of your thinghs and your butt.. so they definately work. you can easily do squats at home If you dont have different weights you can grab two ten lb weights and start with that. I squat heavy when im using dumbells or a barebll i use about 50lbs.. if im at the gym with the squat machine about 80-100.. but thats pushing the weights where if you do them at home you will have the weights in your hand or on your shoulder/back. and be going to the floor with them so I use a bit less when I am doing those. If you are concerned with the front of your thighs. then you would need to do leg extensions at the gym I mean squats will help a bit with those but not as much. I havent found any good at home ones for the front of your legs. You can also do sumo squats ( i love those)

     

    My body is so stuck it always levels back at this weight ugh.. oh well lol Spanx and corset will hide any stomach i have left :) less then 4 months!!! eek..

     

    A guy at work is going to take me to this MMa training bootcamp thing with him. god im gonna be dead lol
