I don't think you should feel bad at all about alterations.... how much more weight do you want to lose, to get it to fit? If it's not a lot, work your little booty off to get there! And if there has to be alterations, WHO CARES! You are going to be stunning, and no one, absolutely, no one, is going to look at you and say anything negative.

So time to get back into this exercise thing.  2.5 months to go for the wedding, time to crack down.  I need some support ladies!  This morning I went for a run.  Need to continue that trend at least 3 times a week.  I want to look amazing in that bikini! (and my dress).

 

Sounds like you are all doing well with your workout plans.  We can do this!!!

We can all do this! We made it to the gym 3 times this week, and went for our hour long walks in the evening 4 times! My legs are killing and my arms are so sore, so it's all amazing. Proud of the effort we put in this week! And we have been eating fairly well as well!
