        We did our Insanity fit test and start with the actual Insanity videos today!
         

        I did a 17km post-stagette weekend run yesterday and we're trying to stick to the Insanity nutrition plan today. I'm STARVING. Better chug some water....

        So time to get back into this exercise thing.  2.5 months to go for the wedding, time to crack down.  I need some support ladies!  This morning I went for a run.  Need to continue that trend at least 3 times a week.  I want to look amazing in that bikini! (and my dress).

         

        Sounds like you are all doing well with your workout plans.  We can do this!!!

          We can all do this! We made it to the gym 3 times this week, and went for our hour long walks in the evening 4 times! My legs are killing and my arms are so sore, so it's all amazing. Proud of the effort we put in this week! And we have been eating fairly well as well!

              Oh I know! It's good pain! And I just went for a walk at lunch, so I loosened everything up from sitting all morning :)
