A little thing I like to call "Operation Wedding Dress" (aka, my dress is too small... but it won't be soon!)

Keep up the great work ladies!!!! Soooo, did my measurements today, and while I didn't lose as many inches as I had hoped for, I am still down quite a few since I started measuring myself! In total, since April, I have lost 29 inches overall :) And I am down 25 pounds! Have to, have to be so proud of myself for that! By Christmas, I want to be down the 30 pounds, at least, with more inches off the hips and thigh area :) Then, only 20 more to go before I can be happy with where I have gotten, and if I don't lose any more weight after that, it is okay! I would like to maybe lose another 10 after that, but if I don't, I know I can stand to look at myself in wedding pictures after all that! Just under 11 months left!
Awesome! Great job! 25lbs is definitely something to be proud of! That takes a lot of work and dedication! Congratulations and I am sure you'll achieve your next goals!

SO PROUD of everyone ! keep up the great work!

Update on me. So far I am still just sitting at my stuck weight.. 164-165  I am 5' 7'' (everyone keeps telling me im to skinny ) I am ok with that ( for now) I have been working so much and only been able to workout sometimes 3 times awek. I try and watch my food intake and continuing to eat "clean" except for my once in a while cheat meals. My new goal is 160 by my bachlorette party which is nov 8-11. ( im so excited!) we are going to Minneapolis for the weekend.

I only have 2 more shifts at my second job (thats what i keep telling myself, but i like money too much , but i need to focus on my workouts now) so Nov 1 I am RESTARTING focus 25 and my weight training routine. and I HAVE to be consistent because its 3 months until Jamaica and I want to look great on the beach ( since ill be in a bikini for 2 weeks )

On a none weightloss working out note. I have to start on my DIY projects. I hfinally have most of the supplies i need and its getting cold here so i can huddle myself in my house and start doing these projects :)

So I went out and purchased some cups to have sewn in to my dress and just realized I probably can't use them because they're the gel push up kind, and we were planning on carrying my dress on (i.e. no gel rules for carry on baggage unless a certain sized marked container). Do you think that counts for something like bra cups?! I feel like I need to go find a pair of foam ones now just in case I have them sewn in and we get to the airport and have to rip them out. What a waste of $20, they can't be returned. Hmmmf.

I can't imagine that they wouldn't allow it, but at the same time... sometimes the rules are just ridiculous and if you get someone who is annoyed that day who knows~ But yea I agree try call the airport or your airline and ask them~ They should know!

The seamstress I brought my dress to charged me 25$ for cups and to sew them in.  I never thought to ask if they were gel, but I'm pretty sure they are foam.  Might not be worth it to pay for the cups and then pay to have them sewn in when the seamstress can do it for practically the same price?

Hi girls! Didn't update all of you on my half marathon. As you can tell..I am alive, lol.

I did it in 2:37, and my goal was under 3 hours, so yay!! I beat my goal. I had to take some time off from working out/running because my body was definitely mad at me for putting it through 13.1 miles of practically ALL HILLS. (Baltimore is one of the hilliest half marathons/marathons if anyone is wondering about doing it..)

I planned on starting T25 this week, but I got in a little over my head with my halloween costume, and I've had to dedicate all of my extra time to sewing on lots of singular ivy leaves, haha. So hopefully I will start Saturday morning!

Keep up the good work ladies!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
