A little thing I like to call "Operation Wedding Dress" (aka, my dress is too small... but it won't be soon!)

Last night at home and another 4 days out of town for work. With three work trips and my FI away for a week and a half we've barely seen each other in June at all. :(

We're renting in Edmonton right now (we just moved here in October) and our landlords put our place for sale on Saturday. This morning when I was home alone someone unlocked the door and came in (without knocking and totally unannounced - FYI - it's the law to give 24 hrs notice) and scared the crap outta me. Waiting for a formal written apology from our realtor right now. I'm super stressed about this all. We were hoping to continue renting here until March 2014, when we could then leave the city and move elsewhere, them trying to sell the condo throws a loop in those plans.

Starting my 5 day juicing cleanse this week - just had my first batch of juice for breakfast. Bought the week's worth of fruits and veggies last night, and got to juicing! I made 2 days worth of juice for now to see how it goes. Wish me luck!

That's no fun! I guess it helps get the wedding here faster though? Being so busy??

That is completely uncool that someone just walked right in! I would have flipped out. I can well imagine how stressed you are. Have you guys started looking for another place to rent now?

Finally back home from the trip. The weather was pretty good, and the scenery was beautiful. But I still hopped on the scale when I got home and was not pleased with what I've been seeing. I haven't gone to Weight Watchers for my June weigh-in, and tomorrow is the last possible day I can go. I'm certain I've gained a few pounds, so that's disappointing. I'm ready to seriously crack down.

How have you all been doing?

Enjoying my new routine now that I too am back from my trip.  Long as its only a few lbs you are ok. when I came back from Floriday after 2 weeks, ( we went to the bahamas-cruise, and then stayed at my FI aunt for the last 1.5 weeks. I came back about10 lbs heavier.. ) -slaps head- I have managed to lose that But still! lol a few lbs are ok !

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
