Also, there is NO WAY my dress will fit me being this size, sooooooo..... my bestie comes home from Calgary in a month- which means I have a month to lose about 15 pounds, to fit into the dress so she can see it!

 

I wish I was one of those people that didn't eat when they were stressed..... that would be just fantastic! But noooooooo I have to be a chip/cookie/ice cream monster in my sorrows haha.

I'm sorry hunnie, just focus and you can totally do it. Just think about that pretty dress

DANIELLE03 --I looked at the before and after pics! I am totally sold. Def going to try and find that book!

 

A lady in my office keeps baking treats and bringing them in for everyone... I've strategically made sure they are behind me so I don't see them.. but they are soooo good. Trying to up my cardio like you girls suggested as well as more reps with the mat workouts I do.. Slowly but surely I will get to where I want! I still have a long time before my wedding... so good or bad things could happen lol.

What place did you pick?

Went for a run tonight, despite NOT wanting to in a very big way.  Having a bad day. 

I am finding that I can handle working out 3 days a week.  I don't know if I could do much more than that.  You ladies that fit stuff in every day amaze me.

 

Last week I made it to my half hour running goal.  I was so pumped.  Tonight I could only do 26 minutes.  I was dying (was running at a faster pace though).  My work scrubs are starting to feel bigger! :)

Yes, I am very happy that I at least went.  I forced myself to go because I want to keep going 3 times a week and today I had to go or else I wont be able to fit 3 times in this week.  Feels good that I went. :)

We chose the Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana :) We aren't able to get real prices until February 2014 but going off of prices for this year, it is within what we want our guests to spend. We are also going to get prices for Melias las Dunas in Cuba as a back up if for some reason prices for the MC go up

 

Good job on the running! I still can't motivate myself to run outside after work because I usually get home around 10pm.. but I did have Ultimate last night and the team we played was pretty hardcore so it was a solid 2 hours of running back and forth on a field. I'm feeling it today for sure!

WOW so much to catch up! Well This weekend was a cheat WEEKEND for me. LOL birthday dinners and what not.. YIKES! suprisingly up only a little but Im not gonna freak. lol

 

I started my Burn the fat feed the muslce yesterday. Had baseball yesterday and also did my cardio and my weights. Today is just cardio for me so its going to be a turbo jam or turbo fire. And then cardio and weights tomorrow and friday .

 

Vegas next week so workout will be on hold( but walking the strip will account for that lol) just gotta be careful what I eat:) and then when Im back its full out on my new program !

LOL SO DO I! this will be my 4th time!

 

We are staying at the Flamingo. and then Im staying a extra day after the other girls leave and im staying at the Tropicana :)

 

1 week to go and i cant wait! hate to see the scale when I get home But ill try and be on my best behaviour ! :)
