Don't order from Factory 21 for mugs or Oriental Trading for totes!

Hey all!

So, I just got married in Punta Cana and it was fabulous! However, I really regret ordering my OOT mugs from Factory 21 on ebay and my hibiscus flower totes from Oriental Trading! The ink on the mugs totally rub off and the ink on the totes do the same thing. I was pretty embarrassed. I felt like I looked super cheap!

 

The red ink dye on the red totes got all over my hands, skin, and t-shirt! Also, my mother-in-law's tote ripped the first day (towards the top).

 

The mugs were great for keeping drinks cold and the straw hole was awesome. The guests said they loved the functionality of them! However, the ink completely smeared off right away! It stinks too, because the mugs were super cute, affordable, and the customer service was great! Oh well! Good luck finding better ones!

Awwwww man! That sucks! Thanks for sharing with us though. I had been looking at ordering totes from Oriental Trading!!! Sheesh!

Wow, good to know... thanks for the heads up! We were going to order the same tote bags, I think I'll look for different ones now :(

Wow, thanks for the review.  We were at one point going to order the totes from Oriental Trading before we decided to scrap the tote bag idea and go with regular fuchsia and orange gift bags since we couldn't get the totes in our colors.  

 

Sorry that happened, but congrats on your wedding.  :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
