I am brand new to this website. My fiance and I got engaged this past November 2012 and have decided on a Destination wedding. We believe we have decided on MOON PALACE in Cancun, Mexico for June 20, 2014. We have a date and time set, but just have to complete the wedding cermony contract and pay the fees. (It all sounds so lovely and I am extremely excited after see some of the posts on here) I only have two hestitations holding me from sending in the form and I hope you ladies could clear that up if you know....
#1. I have heard that it is very expensive to get the documents translated back into enligsh (once you leave Mexico) ..And does anyone know if you can just pay the resort to translate the wedding documents back into english? About how much does it cost?
#2. I have chosen the complimentary package,and will have at least 15 rooms reserved. It all sounds pretty self explainatory in the contract, except....the reception prices... In the complimentary they include the reservation for 30 guests. Does that take care of the guests food costs as well or Do they charge you per person? If so what is the average?
Any feedback will be helpful so I can send off the wedding contract with confidence!
