Man it's hard to get a group of girls to agree on the same plan! I finally have everything set for both my bridal shower and my bachelorette party.

 

I'm not a big party animal so the thought of a crazy Vegas weekend didn't appeal to me at all. I finally found a median between a party and a nice relaxing evening ... A DINNER CRUISE! The dinner cruise is all set and we depart from Marina Del Rey (not in Cabo) on 5/18 for a girls night on the water. I can't wait!!!

 

My bridal shower is being hosted by my mom on 6/22.

 

Everything is coming together and I am so excited I can't wait for next month to begin celebrating.

 

Yay!

How early can Bachelor parties be?! I am getting marred in January of 2014 but i want my bachelor party to be during the summer as I am from Canada and the winters are COLD! However, I dont want my party to be to early because then really it isnt the same.....What does everyone suggest?!

My sister and my best friend both had theirs roughly 5 months before the big day. I think it's a personal preference on what suits the individual.

Yeah I think it totally depends. I've been to events well in advance, and some just before. I wasn't going to have a bridal shower at all but friends kept asking so I finally caved and let 2 friends plan something, but because I wasted so much time saying no we're going to have it 2 weeks before the wedding.

It's such a personal thing you should have it whenever it feels right or whenever it works for you. I'm getting married legally here in the states the weekend after my bachelorette party so that just worked out perfectly. My last single gal weekend and I'm going out with a bang! Lol

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
