Have you had your extensions done before? I'm afraid they will make my real lashes fall out.

Your natural lashes do have a shedding cycle and new lashes grow in as they fall out. After 4 refills, I have the lashes completey removed and a new set installed.  At first I thought I ruined my lashes, but after looking at youself in the mirror with the extensions, you get use to it and forget what your natural lashes actually look like. I took pics and compared my lashes after removal to the first before pic and they're the same...no shorter or whispier than they ever were.

I'm obsessed!!! They look so lovely :) I definitely agree with you on finding a good tech, I've seen people get them done by someone inexperienced and  their lashes were going in all sorts of directions.... Does it matter what type of lashes they use (i.e. extreme lashes vs. lavish lashes)??  Maybe I'm over thinking this lol...

I've been using Latisse for 2 years now and I love it, but I still need to wear mascara to get the look I want....Maybe i'll get a trial this summer!?! Watch me get hooked :)

I would think Chicago has got to have someone that can do it well.  If I can find a Groupon deal, I think this might be on my schedule!

Yesssss!!!!!  Please post a picture if you do!!

I've been thinking about this since my friend from Dallas came to visit me and her lashes were done and fabulous!! I'm hurt wondering who in my town can do them as well and that price is painful! I'm hesitant that using a groupon will send me to a salon that doesn't have much experience! Hmmmm

I feel your pain, crazzyyyy expensive! For eyelashes lol!!!  I'm also hesitant with groupons too bc I sometimes feels that they're trying to get you there bc they dont have enough buisness. If we're lucky, maybe a Groupon will come out for a place with an AMAZING reputation  smile123.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
