Hi Everyone,

 

I hope everyone's plans for their wedding are coming along nicely!!

 

we're looking for some help/advise when it comes to choosing a photographer for our wedding in Cancun next year.

 

Can anyone recommend one or anyone that has been married tell us of their experience with their wedding photographer?

 

It's quite hard choosing one when you can only have a look at their website and see some of their photographs, I'd like to hear some couple's reviews on their wedding day experiences and how good they were.

 

Also, Roughly, what should we be looking to spend on a photographer for our wedding day?

Welcome to the forum, Elaine & Mark, and Congrats on your upcoming wedding in our incomparable Mayan Riviera!!!

 

Pierre has great advice + tips on how to choose your photographer for this once-in-a-lifetime event to capture those memories you'll cherish forever :)

Congrats on the upcoming nuptials! Choosing a photographer can be overwhelming, but it really comes down to how their photographs make you feel. Do you connect with the emotions of the portfolios of previous weddings? Do the photographs reflect your own personal vision of style? Do you connect on a personal level with the studio when you contact them for information? Read reviews, look at portfolios, contact the studios, don't just book the first photographers to cross your desktop.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
