Hi everyone,

 

I've heard really mixed reviews about the photographers the resort uses. You do have the option of requesting a specific photographer that works for the resort. According to the coordinator of Arrecife studio (the resort photographers) there are three.

 

I was wondering if previous brides who have used the photographers at the resort can post a couple pictures and/or provide a quick review and name of photographer they used (were assigned) for their wedding.  

 

So far, I've heard good things about Christopher Lee and am now following him of facebook to get a better idea of his style.

Honestly I was worried about the photos, but the quality of photos you get from the resort photographer is based on the expertise of the individual photographer you get. My husband is a photography and journalism major, and he was more than pleased with the resort photographer, Christopher Lee. I am trying to upload pictures, however this site and my crappy work computer isn't cooperating. You can try to fight the $800 fee, but they won't budge with it. It will be a waste of time, because you will either be paying the $800 fee or paying a cancellation fee for the photographer you booked because of the 'rules' the Gran Bahia has. The fee is because they want you to use their studios. Good Luck - I will keep trying to post my photos.

Do you happen to have a link to Christopher Lee's facebook, I cant seem to find it and I'd like to check out his work. I'm really nervous about using the resorts photographer I hope his work is good!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
